• Salary $22.00 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year On site:  Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks

• Act as spokesperson for an organization
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Answer written and oral inquiries
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
• Explain the type and cost of services offered
• Issue receipts and other forms
• Maintain records and statistics
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Answer clients' inquiries and provide information
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
