Our mission is to help children build confidence, life skills, and strong learning foundations. We organize a variety of programs and events throughout the year, including speech competitions, musicals, fashion shows, and seasonal camps. Our programs are designed to support well-rounded development and set students on a path for future success.
To further support our team, we are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital and social media campaigns, and promoting our programs and events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Gather and analyze data from marketing initiatives to identify the most effective strategies for reaching parents and students.
-Execute marketing plans by coordinating campaigns, content, and promotional activities across digital and offline platforms.
-Create and prepare engaging communication materials for prospective clients and families, including emails and announcements.
-Assist in developing marketing brochures, digital content, and materials for programs and events.
-Manage the organization’s social media accounts and implement targeted campaigns.
-Coordinate regular marketing activities and special events, including workshops, community programs, and seasonal campaigns.
-Prepare regular reports and updates for the management team on marketing activities and outcomes.
-Support the execution of specific marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
-A university degree or college diploma in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
-Innovative thinker with strong creative skills.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Effective time management and organizational skills.
-Team-oriented with strong collaboration abilities.
