Job Duties:
 

• Manage and direct the daily operations of Armour Mountain Restaurant Pizza, including restaurant and bar services, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Decide on the types of food and beverages to offer, including bar menus and drink selections, and establish the necessary operational procedures for smooth running.
• Hire staff and oversee their training, including serving and bar staff, to ensure they meet established service standards.
• Set employee schedules, monitor staff performance, and ensure effective coordination between kitchen, service, and bar teams.
• Control stock levels of food, beverages, and bar inventory; track revenues; and adjust procedures or pricing as needed to maximize profitability.
• Address customer complaints, ensuring health, safety, sanitation, and liquor service standards are consistently met.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food, beverages, alcohol, and other essentials to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
