Booster Juice in Chilliwack, BC is looking for a skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent food and beverage service manager.
Conditions:
• Position : food and beverage service manager (Full time, Permanent position)
• Working hours : 30 ~ 40 hours per week
• Wage : $33.00 ~ $37.00 per hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
• Vacation : 10 days paid holidays per year or 4 % gross salary
• Position Available : 1
Requirements :
• Education : Completion of secondary school
• Experience : 2 years of food and beverage service manager experience
• Language : English

Job Duties :
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Set staff work schedules
Evaluate daily operations
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Organize and maintain inventory
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
