Wage: $20.00 per hour

Work Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Employment Type : Full-time / Permanent                                                                  

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation OR 4% vacation pay + Extended Medical Insurance after 6 months of employment

Position: 2 positions

Your job duties will be:

– Prepare and cook variety of Korean premade meals for supermarket sales, including Kimchi, Kimbob, soups, and more.

– Prepare sushi, rolls and other items.

– Assist in menu planning and recipe creation.

– Maintains stoves as ready for cooking, ensures products are signed properly and in code compliance.

– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

– Train and guide other kitchen staff.

– Keep the kitchen clean.

Requirements:

– Minimum 2 year of work experience as a cook

– Completion of High school
– English
