Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Wage: $28.00 ~ 37.00 per hour (depending on experience or skills)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent (willing to work early morning)

Benefit(s): 10 days paid vacation

Job vacancies: 1 Full-Time job

Your job duties will be:

 •Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly

•Assist with all administrative aspects and duties

•Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions

•Process payroll for all restaurant staff

•Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.

•Involved in hiring new staff.

•Create and adjust all staff schedules.

•Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues

•Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus

Requirements:

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

– At least 2 years’ work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisory role

– English
