HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER
Rim Le Thai Cuisine is looking for a full-time Manager!

Position: Manager

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time
Compensation: $36.60 per hour
Working hours: 30~40 hours per week
Benefit: Vacation days and sick days will be given based on BC Employment Standards.
Main duties:
- Manage the staff and work for the daily operation.
- Build a work schedule for the staff considering local events, seasons and staff’s availability.
- Plan and evaluate regarding hiring, sales targets, and team developments etc.
- Ensure food, service and work safety meet the company standards.
- Participate in weekly and/or monthly meetings with owner or managerial positions for operational matters.
- Have active conversations with the team regarding customer service, if required.
- Lead and audit for cash management and inventory management.
- Maintain clear and open communication with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Keep records for sales, orders, hire, licenses and invoices etc.
- Create and develop a positive working environment and lead the team.
- Conduct hiring process as business needs with proactive planning.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of Secondary
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in food service including 2 years of working in supervisory roles
- Must be available to work during our operational hours
- Must be available to work on ALL weekends and holidays
