Description
– Cut, trim, bone and otherwise prepare custom &standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfishfor sale at selfserve counters or according tocustomers' orders
– Prepare meat for special displays and delivery
– Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats,poultry or fish and may wrap or package fresh orfrozen or prepared meats
– Manage inventory, keep records of sales anddetermine amount, product line and Ireshness ofproducts according to company and customerrequirements
– Adhere to HACCP, CFIA, and food safetystandards
