Education: Secondary school and certificate related to the food industry.
Work Experience: 5 years of experience in the food service sector, including min 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience
Babaz serves various Middle Eastern Dishes made fresh & in front of the client.
Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruiting, training and supervising staff
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Compiling and delivering reports on staffing and sales.
Keeping statistical and financial records
Assessing and improving profitability
Enhancing business operations and advancing the restaurant’s growth.
Job Requirements:
5 years of experience in the food service sector, including min 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience
Organized, Hardworking, Reliable, Honest, Responsible
Should be willing to work in the morning and in the evening, on the weekends.
Must be able to work night shifts.
Must have Food Handing certificate.
Should be available to come to the restaurant in case of emergency.
Effective communicational skills – oral and written
Middle East cuisine experience is an asset.
Ability to multitask, Client focus, Accurate, Team leader
