Description
We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for our evening shift.
Flor 2 Tapas and Wine Bar
Location: 722 College Street, Toronto, ON, M6G 1C2
Responsibilities:
– Plan and organize daily operations
– Set staff work schedules
– Supervise and monitor staff
– Train staff
– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
– Conduct performance reviews
– Cost products and services
– Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
– Organize and maintain inventory
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
– Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
– Participate in marketing plans and implementation
– Address customers' complaints or concerns
– Provide customer service
– Manage events
Experience: at least 3 years of managing an upscale casual dining restaurant
Salary: $36.00 hourly / 35 to 44 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Hours of Work: Evening, Weekend
Wednesday to Sunday
Working hours from 16:00 to 23:00
