Number of job vacancies: 2

Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

Hourly Wage: $30.00 (Depends on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Primary Service of Business: Waterproofing Specialists

 

Libra Envelope Investment is waterproofing Specialists (including Below Grade) and repairers of damage caused by water.

 

MAIN DUTIES:

 

• Prepare and apply waterproofing coatings to structural surfaces such as concrete or other masonry surfaces, below or above ground level
• Spray materials like; sand, steam, paint through hoses to clean, coat, or seal surfaces of waterproofing/damp-proofing
• Apply vehicular traffic coating in parkades, balconies and decks
• Install, repair or replace roofing system using waterproof sheet materials
• Install sheet metal flashings and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
• Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials
• Operate hand or power tools of all types and a variety of other equipment and instruments
• Discuss blueprint details with Superintendent and organize materials and check all tools for maintenance conditions

 

Employment requirements:

• Completion of secondary school usually required
• 2 years of previous experience usually required
