Retail Sales Manager- ecommerce
We are looking for a well experienced Retail Sales Manager- ecommerce for our company Go Auto located at 2971 Main St S, Airdrie, AB T4B 3G5, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all retail and e-commerce operations at Airdrie Honda. Assume full responsibility for the performance and profitability of the dealership’s vehicle sales department.

Develop and implement operational policies, sales strategies, and pricing frameworks in alignment with Honda Canada corporate objectives and Alberta AMVIC regulatory requirements.

Authorize staffing decisions, including recruitment, hiring, training, discipline, and termination of showroom and online sales personnel. Assign duties and establish performance standards.

Set annual and quarterly sales targets, revenue forecasts, and gross profit objectives. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures to achieve budgeted results.

Prepare and manage departmental budgets. Control operating expenses, approve promotional expenditures, and ensure optimal return on investment.

Determine product mix and inventory strategy for new and pre-owned Honda vehicles. Oversee allocation, model selection, pricing strategies, and inventory turnover to maximize profitability.

Direct daily retail and e-commerce operations, including showroom management, online vehicle merchandising, digital lead management, and coordination with finance and service departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Establish and enforce sales policies, customer service standards, and compliance procedures in accordance with AMVIC legislation, privacy laws, and Honda Canada guidelines.

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, including unit sales, gross margins, inventory turnover, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction indices. Present operational and financial reports to senior management.

Lead dealership marketing and digital sales initiatives, including manufacturer campaigns, online advertising, SEO/SEM strategies, and promotional events to drive retail traffic and online engagement.

Resolve escalated customer complaints, trade-in disputes, financing issues, and post-delivery concerns to protect dealership reputation and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Promote a high-performance, customer-focused, and digitally integrated retail sales culture through leadership, coaching, and continuous process improvement.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 2- 3 years experience in sales or retail management.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $46.15 for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
