Working hours and Wage: 32~40 hours per week, $36.00 per hour

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work site environment: Noisy

Type of materials: Steel, iron and heavy metals

Area of specialization: Auto repair, Truck repair, Machinery or equipment repair

Responsibilities:

1. Interpret welding process specifications.
2. Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment.
3. Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
4. Determine weldability of materials.
5. Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations and seams of metal
6. Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment
