We are looking for a housekeeping attendant to join our team at The Yorke Inn, Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location:  418 Broadway St W, Yorkton, SK S3N 0P2

Wage: $17/hour

Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Start date: As soon as possible

Language: English

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Make beds and change sheets
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Stock linen closet
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
• Provide basic information on facilities
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
• Clean changing rooms and showers
• Address customers' complaints or concerns

Job requirements:

• Previous hotel cleaning and customer service experience is an asset
