Description

We have an opening for a Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) role for our restaurant “Farren Fun Foods/ Mc Donalds” (2080613 Ontario Inc) located at 800 Ojibway Road Bldg E Shelburne, Ontario, L9V 3X9. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. If you have what it takes to supervise the team in a restaurant, then this is a position for you.  

Job requirements

Language: English

Education: Secondary(high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Job Duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check assembly of trays

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks, Work under pressure, Attention to detail
