The J.S.B. We are currently hiring a full-time food and beverage service manager.

Position: Full-time food and beverage service manager

Wage: $27.00 ~ $36.60 per hour

Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.

Working (Business) Location: 8249 Eagle Landing Parkway, Chilliwack, BC V2R 0P9

Tasks

  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

 

Requirement:

– Completion of college in relevant fields.
– 2+ years of work experience in food and beverage management/supervision.
