KPB Gills Four Seasons Nursery Ltd is looking for full-time and permanent 25 Vegetable Packers at Abbotsford, BC, V4X 2M3. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $17.85/hr and 30-40 hours/week.


Job Description:

  • Use hoeing techniques to maintain crop rows.
  • Remove weeds and maintain crop cleanliness.
  • Grade fruits and vegetables by size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value.
  • Harvest vegetables manually.
  • Pack harvested fruits and vegetables.
  • Pick crops from rows and orchards.
  • Sort produce based on quality standards.
  • Record basic daily progress reports.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Load, unload, and move crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and readiness for market.
