Description
We are looking for a well-experienced Information Service Coordinator for our company L’ OCA Quality Market located at 340 Baseline Road, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 2N4, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate front-of-house information processes, ensuring smooth flow of communication across phone, email, and digital channels.

Manage and update product information, pricing, and content across Shopify, Instacart, and other e-commerce/delivery platforms to ensure consistency with in-store details.

Execute and coordinate promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers across platforms in alignment with marketing and operational plans.

Assemble and analyze data on inquiries, sales trends, and online customer behavior; prepare periodic reports on inquiry volume, site performance, promotion ROI, and customer response times to support management decision-making.

Implement and monitor price changes across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with in-store pricing policies and compliance with brand standards.

Coordinate with the team to align information, inventory, and promotional details across all customer-facing channels.

Draft and distribute newsletters, promotional communications, and event notices in line with the company’s brand and customer engagement strategy.

Monitor guest, client, and community feedback (both in-store and online), identifying service gaps and recommending improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Manage and maintain internal information resources including contact directories, vendor lists, and workflow documentation for pricing, promotions, and site updates.

Train and support new team members on information systems, communication protocols, e-commerce workflows, and customer service standards.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $36.00 to $38.00 for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
