We are fully serving Japanese style cuisine in Yorkton, SK. Now we are hiring an experienced Chef

Working (Business) Location: 146 Broadway St. E. Yorkton, SK. S3N 3K4

Position: Full-time Chef
Vacancy: 1

Wage: $19.86 ~ $22.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Benefit: 5.77 % from gross income for paid vacation per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
  • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food


Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school
– 5+ years of cooking experience
