Cora Breakfast and Lunch in Richmond, BC is looking for a cook to work with our team.

Title: Cook

Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)

Salary: CAD 19.00-22.00 per hour

Working Hours: At least 30 hours per week

Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation

Location: 11380 Steveston Hwy Unit 170, Richmond, BC V7A 5J5

Qualifications:  

·       Completion of secondary school education

·       Previous commercial cooking experience is an asset

Main Duties:

·       Prepare and cook Western style breakfast and brunch dishes including pancakes, omelets, waffles, and sandwiches

·       Arrange menus and portions, and garnish dishes

·       Oversee kitchen operations

·       Manage the inventory of food ingredients

·       Coordinate and supervise work of kitchen staff
