Cafe Manager

 

We are looking for “Cafe Manager” for Delish Cafe located at 1-1380 Alpha Lake Road suite 4 Whistler, BC V8E 0H9, Canada. You will be required to work at various locations in the region.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Plan, organize, direct, and oversee the daily operations of Delish Café, ensuring smooth and efficient service that enhances customer satisfaction.

  • Determine and implement operational procedures to maintain high service standards, streamline workflow, and optimize the café experience for both dine-in and takeout customers.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring team efficiency and excellent customer service.

  • Manage inventory levels, monitor revenue trends, and adjust procedures, menu offerings, and pricing as needed to align with financial goals and market demand.

  • Proactively address customer concerns and feedback, maintaining Delish Café’s reputation for exceptional service and quality.

  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food handling regulations, creating a safe and welcoming dining environment.

  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients, coffee, and café essentials while optimizing costs.

  • Coordinate with clients and local organizations for private events, catering services, and special gatherings hosted at the café.

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, labour, and licensing regulations applicable to café operations in Whistler.


 

Prerequisites:

 

Education: Secondary certificate or equivalent experience 

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years in the food industry.

Language English

 

Physical: 

 

Hourly Rate: $ 34.67 to 38.00 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits:  4 % Vacation Pay
