We have opening for Head Shipper at our “Molinaro's Fine Italian Foods Ltd” located 50-2345 Stanfield Road Mississauga, Ontario L4Y 3Y3. If you have what it takes to succeed in this fast-paced environment, then this is a position for you.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Setting: Bakery

Job Duties:

• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
• Recruit and hire staff
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Arrange training for staff
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
• Organize and maintain inventory

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to Detail

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On-call

Supervision: 3-4 People

Hourly Rate: CAD $34.10 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
