Retail Sales Manager

Anand Merchandising Ltd DBA Chevron is seeking 1 Full-time Retail Sales Manager at10812 Alaska Rd N, Fort St John, BC V1J5T5.(Even though this position is full timeposition, we encourage part time jobseekers to apply as well.) Salary is 27 dollars perhour and no. of hours are 30 per week.

Main Duties:

Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales

Manage staff and assign duties

Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and creditpolicies

Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale

Develop and implement marketing strategies

Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues

Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues

Address staffing requirements, development and retention of staff

Employment requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required. Previous 2-3 years of related retailexperience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
