Lakeside Indian Kitchen  is looking for TWO Cooks for their growing business.

who could join immediately. Below mentioned are details:

Location: 1155 Cornerstone Blvd NE suite 100 Calgary, AB
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $35.40 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Permanent full time.

Language of work: English

 

Job duties and responsibilities
Prepare and cook complete meals to the specifications that we provide

Preparation of sauces and all other menu items

Assist and Supervise new kitchen hires to understand the basic standards and procedures of the kitchen

Notify Chef in advance of likely shortages

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices including proper rotations of stock

Clean kitchen and work area all through the shift

Assist in the ordering of all food, kitchen equipment and supplies

Requirements
• Education: Completion of Secondary School
• Work Experience:1-2 years of Experience
