Tasks

 

Establish methods to meet work schedules, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Trainstaff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Estimateand order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service andquality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales andwastage, Prepare and submit reports, Establish work schedules,Co-ordinate, assign and review work, Establish work schedulesand procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work unitsor departments, Resolve work-related problems and prepare andsubmit progress and other reports, Identify training needs andtrain workers in job duties and company policies.
