We have an opening for Security Guard Supervisor (NOC Code 62029) at “The M6 Group (M6 Parking Inc.)”. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. If you have what it takes to supervise the team, then this is a position for you. 


Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Duties:

  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Handle emergency situations
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment
  • Issue tickets

 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking.

Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Judgement, Flexibility, Team player, Organized, Initiative, Client focus, Reliability.

 

Ability to supervise: 5-10 people.

 

Employment conditions: Morning, Night
Hourly Rate: CAD $22.50 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
