Responsibilities
Tasks

1. Establish work schedules and procedures
2. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
3. Prepare and submit reports
4. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
5. Arrange for maintenance and repair work
6. Resolve work related problems
7. Recruit and hire staff
8. Train workers in duties and policies
9. Arrange training for staff
10. Conduct performance reviews
11. Co-ordinate, assign and review work
12. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
13. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
14. Organize and maintain inventory
