Vehicle Cleaner – Coater

Description

We are looking for a well experienced Vehicle Cleaner – Coater for our company Go Auto located at 5680 Parkwood Crescent Richmond, BC V6V 0B5 Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Wash the vehicle exterior, using a cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.
Apply wax to the auto body, and wipe or buff the surface to protect the surface and preserve shine, using a cloth or buffing machine.
Vacuum the interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, using a vacuum cleaner.
Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
Clean the engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime.
Apply protection products (paint sealant, Fabric and Leather Protection, Undercoating and Rust Inhibitors).
Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
Always keep the shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Prerequisites:

Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $ 28.20 to $ 32 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 6 % vacation pay
