HHJDave Consulting Incorporated is looking for an user support technician to join our team.
Title: User Support Technician
Employer: HHJDave Consulting Incorporated
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 31.00 – CAD 34.00 per hour (negotiable)
Working Hours: At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation
Location: #200-7404 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3W 1N6
Requirements:
- College or other courses in computer programming, network administration or related field are asset.
Main Duties:
- Communicate with computer users who are having problems, both remotely and onsite, to determine and document the issues they are facing.
- To investigate and execute solutions, consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation.
- Give direction users with guidance and training in response to recognized problems
- Gather, sort out and keep a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
- Diagnose, fix and reproduce the issues that users are facing
- Cooperate in the redeveloping of software and apps
