West Broadway, VANCOUVER, BC, V6K 2H5. Salary is 21 dollars per hour and no of hours are 40 per week (Even
though this is a full time position, part time job seekers are encouraged to apply)
Job Duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Employment Requirement:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
