Job Duties:
- Make sure kitchen and food service areas are kept clean and sanitized
- Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, and order required supplies
- Organize and monitor overall kitchen operations
- Keep track of inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Prepare and cook meals or individual dishes according to standard recipes
- May be involved in hiring and training kitchen staff
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
