Job Duties:
- Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish surfaces in commercial kitchen spaces
- Operate cleaning machines
- Clean, disinfect and polish fixtures and appliances within the kitchen
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
- Employ hand tools and industrial vacuum cleaners to clean ducts and vents in commercial kitchens
- Dispose of kitchen waste and empty garbage containers
