BREKA BAKERY & CAFÉ is looking for Shift Leaders in Vancouver, BC!

Position: Shift Leader (NOC 6311 – Food Service Supervisor)

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time

• 855 Davie Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1B7
• 3750 W. 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6R 1P3
• 812 Bute Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 1Y4
• 821 Denman Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 2L7

Hours: 7-8 hours per day / 35-40 hours per week

Wage: $17.00 ~ $18.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job duties:

• Maintain a courteous attitude toward customers
• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Training of new employees
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Resolve customer complaints
• Maintain records of stock for inventory control

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary
• At least 6 months of experience in food preparation or service
• Must be available to work during the 24 hours of our operation
• Must be available at least one day on weekend
