Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Wage: $26.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working hours: 30 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year OR 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Oversee the administrative aspects of the restaurant
- Train and manage all staff for operational excellence
- Hire and recruit new staff
- Review financial transactions
- Oversee services and resolve customer or employee issues
- Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
- Review product quality regularly and research new vendors
- Create and adjust all staff schedules
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Job Requirements:
– At least two years of work experience as a restaurant manager or related managerial/supervisor role
– Completion of high school
– English
