Trendybucks is urgently seeking 1 retail store supervisor on full-time and permanent basis to join our business. 

Wage: $ 30.00

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Non-Seasonal) 

Start Date: As Soon as Possible 

Minimum Education: Not required

Language: English

Duties & Responsibilities

·      Supervises and coordinates activities of sales staff and cashiers

·      Assigns duties to sales workers to be performed

·       Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage

·       Authorize payments and the return merchandise

·       Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store

·       Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers

·       Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints

·       Motivating employees to achieve targets

·       Training new staff members and scheduling shifts

·       Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance

Job Requirements:

·       No specific education required.

·      1 or more years of related work experience.
