Summary:

Wandering River Shell and convenience store is a gas station off Highway 63 located in Wandering River, Alberta. We offer quick and friendly service to local residents and transient travelers. We are currently seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our retail team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee general daily operations of store
• Coordinate activities of cashiers, stockers, and other staff
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Authorize special payments, refunds, and special customer requests
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Manage gasoline pumps, store inventory and merchandising
• Prepare sales reports as needed

Job Requirements:

• Completion of high school education
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft word and excel preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time 
• Must be able to communicate in English

Compensation:

• $20.00 – $22.50/hour
