1255869 BC Ltd DBA Highland Valley Foods is looking for 2 full-time and permanent Retail Store Supervisor at 20-150 OPAL DR,LOGAN LAKE, BC,V0K 1W0.(Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 23.50/hr for 40hours/week.
Job Description
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints andsupply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is usually required. Previous 1-2year retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier is required.
