Stuart’s(Bakery) is seeking a F/T Retail Service Supervisor
Position:

Job requirements:
2 years of experience in a retail setting is required
Supervisory experience is an asset
Educational Requirements:
Completion of secondary (high) school
Language Requirements:
English
Start date:
ASAP
Wage:
$22.00-$24.00/hour
Hours:
30-40 hours per week (Including weekends and holidays)
Benefits:
10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay, disability insurance, dental coverage and employer-provided pension
Job Duties:
- Supervise daily business operations and sales staff
- Assign workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Handle customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Maintain inventory and communicate with head office
- Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports
- Provide training to new sales staff
- Monitor staff performance, and provide feedback and guidance
- Ensure that the store is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and displays
- Be responsible in opening and closing the store
- Perform the same duties as workers supervised(greeting customers, answer customers’ questions, accept payment, etc)
