Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Wage: $36.60 per hour
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Full-Time/ Permanent
Benefit(s): 10 days’ paid vacation
Job vacancies: 1 Full-Time job
Job duties you will be responsible for:
- Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly.
- Assist with all administrative aspects and duties.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions.
- Process payroll for all restaurant staff.
- Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.
- Involved in hiring new staff.
- Create and adjust all staff schedules.
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues.
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a manager or supervisor in the food service area
- English
