Job Duties:

1. Ensures that all food products are stored at proper temperature, using Time & Temperature Logs
2. Ensures proper cleaning and maintenance of restaurant equipment and reports any issues to General/Store Manager.
3. Coordinates with General/Store Manager in the training of any new staff members in restaurant policies and job duties.
4. Monitors all daily/overnight food prep as required.
5. Helps to control food costs/waste and monitors labor and recommends corrective action where necessary.
6. Oversees and maintains records of bake and wastage in Restaurant.
7. Completes various store inventories to maintain control on food costs.
8. Assigns shifts and hours to the employees and ensures their tasks are performed as per company standards.
9. Helps ensure daily production and/or sales goals are met.
10. Assists Store Manager in executing the store operations during scheduled shifts.
11. Handles cash and completes daily end of day balancing functions.
12. Handles guest and staff concerns as they arise and always works to find the best solutions.

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night
