Salary: 27.50 to 30.50 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Full time
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities:
• Assist manager in creating and monitoring budget and revenues
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant
• Recruit, supervise, and train new staff members
• Resolve customers' questions and complains in a professional manner, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Purchase new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment as stock is damaged or depleted
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Prepare shift schedules and monitor staff performance
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions
