Conditions

• Position: Motel Manager (Permanent, Full-Time position)
• Wage: $34.60 – $36.60 per hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
• Working hours: 30-40 hours per week, 5 days per week (shifted schedule)

• Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)

• Vacation: 15 days paid vacation per year or 5.77% gross salary
• Position available: 1

Requirements:

• Education : University degree or college diploma in Hotel management or in any of hospitality related  discipline is required
• Experience : 2 years or more experience in Hospitality & Tourism related Industry
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the motel
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for receptions, banquets, restaurants
• Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules
• Resolve customer complaints
