Blaze Gourmet Burgers Ltd. dba Blaze Gourmet Burgers in Vancouver, BC is looking for skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Line Cooks.
Conditions
- Position: Line Cook (Full-Time, Permanent position)
- Wage: $18.00 – $21.00/hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
- Working hours: 30-40 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Ability to do shift work according to work schedule
- Vacation: 10 days vacation or 4% of gross salary
- Number of Positions: 4
Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience as a Cook
- Language: English is required

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook complete meals and foods on the menu such as gourmet burgers, chicken and plant-based burgers, blaze signature poutines, chicken strips etc.
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
- Maintain inventory, and monitor and order supplies and equipment
- May clean kitchen and work area
- Cater to off-site events as needed
