Job Duties:
- Prepare dishes and foods by using by standardized recipes
- Plan menus and determine size of food portions
- Maintain inventory and keep records of food, supplies and equipment
- Examine kitchens and foods services areas and make sure the food is prepared in hygienic conditions
- Supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
