MAIN JOB DUTIES
Adapt to different roles that suit the stage/phase of the program/project.
Align and communicate how the objectives of the program/project align with Crescenza Consulting Group’s strategy
Solve problems to keep the program or project on track despite setbacks;
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures;
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
Carry out administrative activities of establishment;
Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence;
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, authorize the development of specifications for products or services;
Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
Assign, coordinate and review projects and programs;
Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
Assist in prioritizing competing objectives through detailed cost-benefit analyses
