In-House Training Manager

 

We are looking for a well-experienced In-House Training Manager (NOC 11200) for “Richmond Hill Toyota” located at 11240 Yonge Street Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1K9, Canada. You may be required at work other locations in the region.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with TSM, Kodawari principles and Toyota Signature.
  • Design training materials, manuals, and resources to support effective learning.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for all levels of employees, focusing on service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with regional managers and dealership leadership to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.

Compliance Monitoring:

  • Ensure that all operational procedures comply with TSM, Kodawari standards and Toyota Signature.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Identify gaps in compliance and develop corrective action plans to address any deficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of training and compliance activities and report findings to senior management.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to identify and implement improvements in service processes.
  • Work closely with department heads to integrate TSM, Kodawari standards and Toyota Signature principles into daily operations.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on training and compliance activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to TSM, Kodawari standards and Toyota Signature.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and the impact of training programs on overall business performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in automotive technology, and training methodologies to enhance training programs.
  • Manage training budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to optimize training delivery and outcomes.

 

Prerequisites:

Education:                                College/CEGEP in Human resources management or a relative field

 

Experience & Skills:                   1 year to less than 2 years

 

Language:                                English

 

Hourly Rate:                              $ 37.19 to $ 45.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

 

Starting Date:                            As soon as possible

 

Terms of Employment:               Fulltime and permanent
