Position Info:
- Position: Carpenter
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $35.00 – $38.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 2004-1770 Pendrell Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 0C5

Job Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Measure, cut, assemble, shape, and join materials made of wood, lightweight steel, and others
- Maintain, repair, and renovate homes and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial facilities, and other locations
- Install and fit components such as doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware
- Lay subflooring, construct walls and roofing systems, and build foundations
- Guide apprentices and oversee other construction workers
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in carpentry is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
