HERMONT TIRE INC. is seeking a F/T Retail Sales Supervisor

Position Info:

• Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $30.00~$32.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: Unit 103-1525 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6P6

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign staff to duties and create work schedules
• Authorize payments and product returns
• Address any potential problems, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and place merchandise orders
• Create reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange training of new staff and monitor performance
• Ensure the store’s visual standards are maintained
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
