Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or dishes and foods
- Schedule and provide appropriate training to kitchen helpers
- Supervise the activities of kitchen helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Keep the kitchen area clean
- Participate in creating new menus and decide portion sizes
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
