– Employment Type: Permanent/Full-Time
– Salary: $23.00 per hour
– Working hours: 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week
– Benefit(s): 10 days’ paid vacation/year or 4% of gross salary
Job duties you will be responsible for:
– Prepare and cook sushi, sashimi and all kinds of rolls from the menu.
– Trim fish such as tuna, salmon and etc.
– Assist in developing new menu.
– Assist in monitoring or guiding kitchen staffs.
– Control the inventory on a regular basis.
– Ensure quality of food
– Clean and organize kitchen equipment and work area.
Requirements:
– Completion of High School is required.
– Minimum 3 years of work experience as a cook
– English
